Educational Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, food technology, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Several years of progressive experience in research and development role for Confectionary, Snack, Seasoning, with a track record of increasing responsibility.

Project Management Skills:

• Proven experience in effectively managing R&D projects especially in Confectionary and/or Beverages (Powder Drink), including defining scopes, setting objectives, allocating resources, and managing timelines.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively convey R&D progress to stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
