Info Loker Part Time Batam terbaru | Payroll/HR Officer SA ConstructionKey Responsibilities: Payroll
- Process payroll for 200-300 staff across various entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll queries and ensure effective resolution.
- Assist with payroll compliance, adhering to legal standards and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of ATO requirements, payroll tax, and workers’ compensation.
HR Assistance:
- Support HR with the maintenance of employment records and skills registers.
- Update HR databases and systems with current staff details and changes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Project Assistance:
- Maintain various company registers, keeping them current and accurate.
- Process warranties for construction products, managing related queries and documentation.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks related to projects.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in payroll and HR roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with Australian tax and payroll systems is desirable.
