Key Responsibilities: Payroll

  • Process payroll for 200-300 staff across various entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle payroll queries and ensure effective resolution.
  • Assist with payroll compliance, adhering to legal standards and regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of ATO requirements, payroll tax, and workers’ compensation.

HR Assistance:

  • Support HR with the maintenance of employment records and skills registers.
  • Update HR databases and systems with current staff details and changes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Project Assistance:

  • Maintain various company registers, keeping them current and accurate.
  • Process warranties for construction products, managing related queries and documentation.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks related to projects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with Australian tax and payroll systems is desirable.
