Posisi Yang Di Butuhkan :

• Assistant Cost Analyst

Persyaratan/Deskripsi Kerja :

We are presently seeking an Assistant Cost Analyst that will work under our Asia Finance Operations Control Team.

Main responsibilities: 

• Actively involve in the preparation of monthly actual management report and 12- months forecast.
• Assist with data extraction, reconciliation and data integrity and accuracy for the monthly financial deck.
• Provide commentary on variance analysis and identify trends for abnormalities.
• Prepare & analysis cost center reports.
• Assist in preparing annual AOP to ensure timely and reliable budget.
• Work with Stakeholders on Allocation Keys and application in actual
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy and local accounting standards.
• Ensure timely closing and preparation of financial reports to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Prepare general financial data request from Operations
• Responsible to comply to procedure related with quality, environment, heath, and safety management system in work area.

Requirements:

• Holds a degree in Accounting, Financial or Business Management.
• Candidate with experience in similar position is preferred, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel spreasheet.
• Knowledge in accounting principle and general financial reporting.
• Good English communication skill (both speaking and writing)
• Good analytical skill, passion in problem solving with high attention to details.
