                        Key Responsibilities: PayrollProcess payroll for 200-300 staff across various entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Handle payroll queries and ensure effective resolution.Assist with payroll compliance, adhering to legal standards and regulations.Maintain knowledge of ATO requirements, payroll tax, and workers' compensation.HR Assistance:Support HR with the maintenance of employment records and skills registers.Update HR databases and systems with current staff details and changes.Participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies.Project Assistance:Maintain various company registers, keeping them current and accurate.Process warranties for construction products, managing related queries and documentation.Assist in managing administrative tasks related to projects.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Prior experience in payroll and HR roles, preferably in the construction industry.Familiarity with Australian tax and payroll systems is desirable.
