                        Marine Terminal Officer - SCN Logistic GroupMISSION:Ensure smooth port business operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement QHSE procedures for quality and safety.ACTIVITIES:Plan and report ship docking schedules.Coordinate port meetings and liaise with stakeholders.Supervise safe ship docking and unloading/loading operations.Oversee workplace safety and cleanliness.Manage water supply and waste disposal for ships.Maintain ship data records and operational reports.Participate in emergency response and safety audits.Assist in port maintenance and incident reporting.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Support port operations, optimize dock usage, and assist in business development.Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders and understand port regulations.SIZE OF SCOPE:SCN Logistic GroupRELATIONS / INTERACTIONS:Internal: SCN Logistic Group, PTCT, VAPC, RFPC & VallourecExternal: Shipping agencies, stevedore companies, vendors, government agencies, local society, port stakeholder associations, labor unions, auditors.EXPERIENCE & DIPLOMA:Minimum 2 years experience in port operations.Minimum D3 in Maritime Management or related field.Fluent in Indonesian and English.SKILLS:Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Effective time management and teamwork abilities.POSSIBLE EVOLUTION:Rotation to other departments or succession to Port Master/Port & Terminal Manager.
