                        Posisi : Engineer Environment, Safety & HealthAt a glanceIn this role you are responsible to maintain daily safety operation, and act with a considerable degree of autonomy.Job descriptionIn your new role you will:Maintain adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, ISO 45001:2018, SMK3, and enhance company OHS effectivenessImplement workplace risk assessment, and review safe work permit submissionAssess fire protection system adherence to fire protection standardEstablish, implement, and monitor emergency response plans and proceduresThoroughly investigate the occupational health and safety incident and prepare a detailed and accurate incident reportMaintain proper communication, information, and education throughout the organization on ESH aspect, impact, and risk control of all activities within company business.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's degree in engineeringHas relevant training (AK3 Umum, fire protection, risk assessment, incident investigation)Familiar with manufacturing process in semiconductor or electronics industryExperience with ISO 45001, and SMK3Problem solving, and root cause identification skillsGood communication skills in English both written and verbalA team player with strong leadership, and interpersonal skills.
