• Have at least 1 year of experience working as a barista/service-related role (for full-time barista)
• Understand customer experience and ways to deliver the best service
• Have at least SMA or equivalent educational background (fresh graduates D3/S1 are welcome to apply)
• English language is a must; other foreign language is a plus
• Willing to be placed in all Maxx Coffee store locations.
