• Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.

• Completing sales transactions, managing the cash register and transactions food Excellent knowledge, and adhering to the correct company cash handling policies and procedures.
• Preparing all meals/meal components consisting of both fresh ingredients and semi-finished products according to their recipes & a structure based on production efficiency.
• A high level of cleanliness in the store by performing opening and closing duties, ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the store & dining area.
• Hands-on and flexible to ensure operational needs are met in an unpredictable working environment objective.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
• Adhere to the correct company cash handling policies and procedures
• When working under pressure, the quality of his/her work remains constant.
