• Exhibit expert knowledge of legal products, construction details, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. 
• Showcase strong conceptual legal thinking and proficiency in legal planning to bring innovative and practical solutions to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overseeing legal projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. 
• Adjust legal strategies and plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving project requirements. 
• Manage, supervise, and coach the Legal team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in designing advanced legal works. 
• Ensure timely production of accurate legal design drawings and shop drawings. 
• Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
